Terms and conditions
Last updated 4 November 2026
These terms apply when you use the VM Player app or this website, both made by KayOne. By installing or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Using the app
VM Player is free to use for your own personal use. You may not copy, sell, rent or redistribute the app, remove its notices, or try to get its source code except where the law allows it.
Your content and the law
VM Player plays files on your phone and downloads files from the addresses you give it. It does not host, provide or recommend any videos, channels or playlists. You are responsible for what you open, download and share, and for having the right to do so. Do not use the app to download or share material that infringes copyright or breaks the law where you live, or to get around the rules of the websites you visit.
Browser and Shields
The built-in browser opens websites run by other people. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content. Shields blocks trackers and some pop-ups but cannot catch everything.
Ads
The app is supported by ads from third parties. Ads are their advertisers' responsibility. See the privacy policy for how ads use data.
Updates and changes
We may update the app, add or remove features, or stop offering it. Updates are delivered through Google Play.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is". We work to make it reliable, and the downloader checks every file it saves, but we do not promise that the app will always work without errors or that it will suit every purpose. Keep copies of files that matter to you.
Limit of liability
As far as the law allows, KayOne is not liable for any loss of data, profit or other indirect loss that comes from using or not being able to use the app.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change we will update this page and the date at the top. Using the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
